It Is poible to get a virus on your P800 no doubt one may exist but it is very unlikly as most viruses are created to infect windows based computer which the P800 is not.I wouldn't worry, but if you get a pocket PC with a microsoft based OS it will be well worth considering virus protection as attacks are more likley.

P 800 Rocks
I have P 800 since last 2 months, and still i am thinking about if my Pc goes infected by a virus or any other software virii, and when connected to a P800 through USB port will it be also infected? Ofcource it has also a Operating System and Softwares like a general computer.
Are there any Antiviruses for such Os or mobile phones or firewalls? And also where to find free games and softwares for P800?P.S [P-800 is great and it kicks a$$.]

P800 is great but ram is not enough
it is great in features, but low ram , and where to find free P800 softwares and games? ram sticks are also available but still not big enough to handle enough mp3s and mp4 video files. mp4 media files can be made though a software called mpegable and can be downloaded from this site and it works i havew checked it. http://www.mpegable.biz/download/mpegableX4liveSetup-wrapped.exe Moz, Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Sync ?? with Sony Ericsson P800
I am using Sony Ericsson P800 since Jan 2003. Trying to Sync with Microsoft outlook make me feel dizzy. This seem to be great phone with great features and great failures . Synchronisation of data seem to be its biggest failure. Attempt Sync if you are ready to loose some newly eneterd data or have scores of multiple entries. Seems that Sony doesnt bother to help out with these problems.

Should i get one of these or not?
Hi All:
Since mid-last-year ive wanted to get the P800. I would seldom use the camera or programming features - however, am looking for a phone-cum-PDA (with a stylus). Am told it costs around 35K in India. Could someone please tell me if this is worth a buy for my needs and whether i could get a new instrument cheaper??? Thank you. :-) Noel

Great Phone
Just bought this phone and love it!
However, the offered help online is very poor (or maybe I do not know where to look for it. I am facing some problems. If anyone knows a solution or a place to go look for it, please contact me.
Problem 1: I made the setting for personalised ringtones to some contacts, but it doesn't work. When such a contact phones me it is still the standard melody that rings.
Problem 2: When I try to synchronize my Lotus Notes Agenda with the phone, I get the error message that it could not find the PIM file. So the synchronisation fails.

Problem 3: The available virtual keyboard in the phone is in QUERTY format. I would love to have it in AZERTY. Is this possible and if yes, how?
