GiveMePower Corporation, creater of PowerCAD CE, a computer-aided design solution for Windows CE 3.0 based devices, has been accepted into Microsoft Corporation's Mobile Solutions Partner Program.

Three PowerCAD CE versions - PowerCAD CE Viewer ($99), PowerCAD CE Classic ($249) and PowerCAD CE Pro ($495) are designed to facilitate complete CAD processing in the field or on the shop floor, allowing designs and digital blueprints saved in industry standard DWG, DXF or FLX file formats to be viewed, marked-up, edited or created on Pocket PC's and Handheld PC's running Microsoft's Windows CE 3.0 mobile operating system.

PowerCAD CE runs as a completely self-contained portable CAD system, or as a mobile extension for PowerCAD Pro, AutoCAD and other desktop systems. PowerCAD CE Pro also features advanced 2D and 3D functionality and complete system customization using LISP and Visual C++ programming.

GiveMePower said using Microsoft ActiveSync or built-in wireless data transfer utilities, information can be transferred, wirelessly if properly equipped, between mobile workers and a company's internal computing network using Pocket PC's.
