HillCast Technologies has inked an agreement allowing mobile software publisher Handango to offer MidCast, a real-time streaming financial application for Java enabled-devices on its website.

HillCast said MidCast is a mobile financial application designed to bring secure and continuous real-time streaming of stock quotes, details, charts, and graphs. According to the company, MidCast provides a software solution to the financial industry, which enables users to efficiently stream institutional quality securities information to their wireless devices such as RIM, Palm and Motorola Java-enabled phones.

Handago is selling MidCast for Palm OS and RIM devices at $29.95.
