Belkin is misleading
Belkin's web site implies that the Universal USB Sync Charger, Part Number: F8V7996-GLD will charge and sync your cellular phone. I even called Belkin and spoke to a salesman & he said it would. I ordered the Sync Charge for my Motorola T720 and found out that it will only charge your phone. The tip is missing the contacts to sync. I spoke to their tech support for 20 minutes before I could convince them that it was not a driver problem. They sent me back to sales. Sales said "so sad too bad." At least they are going to let me return it.
Do not buy it if you want to sync.

Belkin Universal 'Tips'
I found this product at a local electronics retailer and really wanted it to work with my Motorola StarTac. The packaging states that additional tips are available for other electronic devices. The product is not listed on on the Belkin website. I contacted their customer support to see if they had tips for the StarTac, and they claimed they only had tips for the HP and Compaq PDA - not for mobile devices. Strange. Not only were they not helpful, they were less than professional. Does anyone know if they sell the 'tips' for Motorola phones. Do they work? Is there a reason why they are not marketing or supporting this product?

Great stuff but restricted sales in US only.
Hi,How can we purchase the USB sync cable and 12V adapter outside US and Canada when it only accept credit card and address in US and Canada only.
