Mobile software company HillCast Technologies has signed a distribution agreement with PalmGear to resell MidCast, a real-time streaming financial application for mobile devices, on its website.

HillCast said MidCast is a carrier-grade designed mobile financial application to bring secure and continuous real-time streaming of stock quotes, details, charts and graphs. The company claims MidCast provides a software solution to the financial industry, which enables users to stream institutional quality securities information not only to their wireless Palm device, but other devices as well.

The companies said the release of MidCast on PalmGear further increases HillCast's ability to offer to financial professionals and investors a one-stop solution to enhance their mobile productivity.
