The device can connect to Bluetooth enabled mobile phones, Palm OS and Pocket PC devices, and notebooks. People can preorder the $299.99 Fortuna BlueTooth GPSmart, which ships on March 15, for $250 until March 1. It will have a sales price of $279.99 after the first.
