Socket Communications is working with Sharp Electronics and SDG Systems to ensure Socket's CompactFlash plug-in accessories are compatible with Sharp's Linux-based Zaurus family of PDAs.
SDG has worked with Socket to create the MobiliScan HS Bar Code Scanner as well as the AerLink Network Phone Card. The AerLink NPC connects between Zaurus and a data-capable cellular handset, providing access to the Internet. Socket products available for use with the Sharp Zaurus product line include a Bluetooth Connection Kit, LAN Card, Low Power Ethernet Card, 10/100 Ethernet Card, Digital Phone Card, Bar Code Scanner, and a Single Port Serial Card. For a complete list of Socket Products compatible with the Zaurus, check out the Sharp website.
