By PDAStreet.com Staff Sprint has selected Handango to be the primary aggregator for PCS Vision content and applications. Handango, which already supports software for Palm OS and Pocket PC phones for Sprint, will now add J2ME applications to the menu. Chip Novick, vice president of consumer marketing for the PCS Division of Sprint, said "Sprint is expanding the portfolio of its PCS Vision applications by tapping into Handango's extensive catalog of Java applications." All applications provided by Handango are certified Handango Mobile Ready. According to the companies, Handango will also work to secure new relationships with software developers in order to deliver their applications to PCS Vision customers' handsets across Sprint's network. Handango's software catalog includes entertainment, games, news, weather, sports, money, travel and many other categories of content. More details about how developers can register for this program will be available later this summer. Related Links:
