Wireless carriers don't seem phased by Research In Motion's (RIM) legal woes. AT&T Wireless on Wednesday announced that it will offer the company's BlackBerry 7210 device -- a new color-screen handheld with international roaming capabilities. On Monday, T-Mobile introduced the BlackBerry 7230, a tri-band product that also features a color screen. The new BlackBerry 7210 is priced at $449.99. AT&T Wireless' data plans for start at $39.99 per handheld per month; optional voice calling plans start at $19.99 per handheld per month. Last week, a U.S. district court judge ruled that RIM must stop selling its BlackBerry handheld devices in the United States because technology within the two-way wireless devices infringed on patents owned by Virginia-based NTP Inc. RIM is appealing the decision.
