great functionality, buggy software
the phone is exactly what I have wanted for years - good form factor, outlook synchronization, xpress mail sync with email, while traveling. unfortunately, i have to get a replacement unit every couple of weeks because, the phone hangs up, using xpress mail (which cingular sells, but does not support), which requires a cold reboot, which if traveling, pretty much hoses the system. Motorola is promising a fix by mid summer, but I can't wait.

your review is mostly accurate but WRONG.
you said the only way to turn on the speaker phone is to select the RSK menu, and select speaker from the four options.
That is the long way to do it, but all you have to do while the call is active is press and hold the "Green Talk Key" and that enables the speaker phone.
