SplashData recently launched its three-pronged SplashWallet suite ($59.95), previously only available for Palm OS devices, for Windows Mobile Pocket PCs and Smartphones. The program includes SplashShopper (a money manager), SplashPhoto (a photo manager), and SplashID (a secure data manager).
SplashShopper helps users manage everything from gift lists to grocery shopping to keeping track of DVD rentals. It also enables users to share lists of any kind with family members, friends or colleagues. And it includes a companion Windows desktop application to allow users to synchronize lists between a handheld and desktop computer.
Other important features include pre-populated lists of common groceries, gifts, wines, music, movies, to do’s, and more. There's also the ability to tailor lists with store names, categories, fields and icons; a customizable List View with colored rows, resizable columns and one-click sorting; the dynamic calculation and display of the total price for a group of items, including taxes; and the capability of customizing shopping lists from the desktop.
With SplashPhoto users can manage and synchronize and organize their photo libraries on both a mobile device and desktop PC. Users can crop images on the desktop, then format and compress them for viewing on a handheld's screen. Since all images are stored as JPG files, this simplifies the process of sharing pictures with people using other mobile operating systems.

SplashID stores all kinds of personal identification information, including usernames, passwords, credit card numbers, calling card numbers, bank account data, PINs, medical insurance information, and more. It includes both handheld and desktop software, and data is automatically synchronized between the two.
All three of these applications are available individually, but it costs considerably less if you buy them in a group.
