We know BlackBerry OS 4.3 is on the new BlackBerry Pearl 8130, so it's not much of a leap to expect the platform upgrade will soon show up for other RIM devices.

According to information at crackberry.com , here's a little of what you can expect out of the OS 4.3 update:

You will be able to record video using the Curve with this update, for example. And when you record video in the dark the flash remains on the entire time to make sure you can see what you're recording. Interesting note, you cannot record video while connected to the PC.

Also, the Dimension L theme will be in the OS upgrade for the Curve. This theme combines the icons from the top left side of the screen with icons along the bottom, giving you more icons on the home screen, while still allowing your desktop image take up the most space and attention.

Additional media improvements include the ability to move voice notes into the media application. Unknown Web browsing changes are also in store.

It is rumored the 4.3 OS upgrade will be available for 8300, 8100, 8700, and 8800 series BlackBerrys. From the information available, it does not appear the Pearl 8100 will get video recording. Of course, the 8700 and 8800 devices won't; they have no camera.
