Exceeds all expectations.
It's amazing how efficient you can become when you fully understand what the phone is capable of. Professionals who need their computers while mobile will not be disaapointed. I highly recommend this phone.

Battery Vampire!
Issues
#1: The palm site says this phone should last 20 days on standby. Strange, I can't get my brand new one to last 9 HOURS without recharging. I'm using Exchange for email syncing but everything else is off and I CANNOT get 24 hours on a single charge. #2 - Features? Where are the features? Compared against the Motorola Q9H or the HTC models, the Treo is a feature skeleton. Bang for buck is low. No case but I do get a car charger. The Q9H includes a build in GPS for example. The Treo? Um......nothing. Sorry, this phone is going back.

Horrible
Horrible, frustrating, infuriating this phone is terrible. It locks up, won't ring is not at all intuitive and drives me crazy.

Trip back to cingular
Just an update ! My friend returned to cingular and was told that his phone could not be repaired at the cingular shop. But he needed to call a phone # in order for his treo 750 to be checked. ( It had begun making phone calls on its own). The people at the store were nice to notify him that there had been some software issues with some of the treo 750's.
