Get the facts straight
This story doesn't even include the other side of the story. Other reporting sites have also said that the dude promised to return the phone to WWE headquarters but didn't, emailed information from the blackberry to WWE, downloaded information from the PDA himself, shared that information with someone in his family and called other celebrities listed on the phone. For that reason, he is getting sued. It is likely he abused what he found and caused problems for WWE, much more so than he is the innocent victim in all of this. The moral of the story is, if you find something, give it back and don't mess with it.

Another reason why the WWE are paranoid.
Paranoia sweeps WWE like wildfire. Never letting wrestlers keep original names,never letting them appear on other shows (indy shows,even as just a laugh) and constantly screwing over hard working wrestlers in favour of guys (like john cena) who suck.I say this is typical attitude of the WWE and shows how they treat their fans and general people.

This is what i believe about the wwe and my entire oppinion on the whole situation involving this stupid phone incident and how wwe treats its wrestlers, fans and general people. WWE does that
This is the WWE we are talking about. ITs the same company that will steal your name right from under you and then refuse to let you use it. Or what about all of the cheap little law suits they filed against their own fans. Vince and his law team have been court drunk since they lost the rights to their own name back in 2002 to the WWF.....well Vince I say leave the man alone and try and fix your crumbling wrestling empire before it starts to look like 1995 all over again
