Prevent Slowing Systems!!
The P4000 was probably running slowly because you did not consistently close programs running in the background. Being still a Windows OS; every program you run ghosts in the background. (clicking the little "x" closes the application from sight only). Try : Start > Settings > System tab > Memory > Running Programs tab. Then select any program you aren't using and stop them. Or click "Stop All" which doesn't harm the OS in any way.

Experiencing Freezing as well.
Yup... Had mine for three days so far, and have had to remove the battery due to freezing twice already as well. It seems pretty buggy. Might take it back this week.

Camera
It's actually a 2MP camera, not 1.3 just to clear that up.

Check the HTC tytn
Simplely put its the CDMA version of the HTC tytn, pretty much the top PDA phone on the market till the N95 came out, its great piece of hardware, and considering rogers sells the tytn gsm version for 400 on a 3 year contract its a steal. the hardware been avaible in Europe for a while about 2 years I think Most problems if any you'd have with it are the Custom firewares done by the companys.

Yes, 2MB camera, but freezes
I have had this phone for a week and it has already frozen on me twice. Not very practical coz you're expecting calls and you don,t even realize your phone is frozen, and the only way to unfreeze it is to remove the battery. It was a VERY promising gagdet but I'm sad to say I'm taking it back to the store today.

my opinion
I went to see the phone today at the telus store and doing my research before buying it. In the store and everywhere else it says that this pda has a 2mb camera. I think that your review is inaccurate on that part. Other then that I think it is a very well written review. I currently have the UT Starcom with telus which is the similar to this one. I find the 1.3Mb camera takes very good pictures when you set it to 1.3mb 1280x1024 capture size. Thanks
