Introduced way back in September of 2006, AT&T didn't roll out the Nokia N75 clamshell until May of this year. When it did, the smartphone listed for $400 and could be had for $200 with a two-year contract and after a $50 rebate. Sounds pretty good for a 3G-enabled, music orientated smartphone, doesn't it? Well, the Symbian/S60-run N75 can now be had for half that price. AT&T has lowered the base price of the N75 $350. Buy it with a two year contract and it drops down to $200. Add in a $50 online discount and a $50 mail-in rebate, and then the cost of buying the N75 lowers to a consumer-friendly $100. Click here to head over to AT&T for more details. As the smallest Nseries model yet and a clamshell, the N75 is Nokia's answer to the Motorola RAZR and HTC Star Trek (aka the AT&T 3125). It measures a mere 3.7 x 2.0 x 0.8 inches (95 x 52 x 20 millimeters) - 6 millimeters wider than the RAZR - and weighs only 4.4 ounces (124 grams). On the outside of the N75 is a small reflective 160 x 128 pixel resolution display and media controls for a music application. Inside the 3G-enabled quad-band GPRS/EDGE/HTMS/HSDPA phone sports a 2.4-inch 240 x 320 pixel resolution (QVGA) screen that is capable of displaying 16 million different colors.
There's a 2 megapixel camera, micoSD slot, 40 MB of memory, FM radio, and Bluetooth 2.0 with support for wireless headsets. It can handle a variety of audio file formats and record and playback video at 15fps and a 352 x 288 resolution.
