A few months later, that PDA has finally become available. The iPAQ 210, which goes for $449, has slots for both Secure Digital and CompactFlash cards and a 4-inch, 480 x 640 pixel (VGA) resolution touch screen, measuring 2.99 x .63 x 4.96 inches (76 x 16 x 126 millimeters) and weighs 6.8 ounces(192 grams). It runs on a high-capacity 2200 mAH Lithium Ion battery, powerful 624 MHz processor, 128MB of RAM, and 256MB of ROM. The iPAQ 210 includes both Wi-Fi with VoIP support and Bluetooth wireless. Not a bad list of specifications for a PDA. But then again in world where smartphones have come to dominate, how many people will go for a mobile device without cellular-wireless voice and data services? Apparently, HP feels there's enough interested to warrant the development of a new models. Click here to learn more about the iPAQ 210. In addition to the iPAQ 210, the new smartphones HP introduced last September didn't make it to market before the end of the year likely they were supposed to as well. These devices, iPAQ 610 Business Navigator and iPAQ 910 Business Messenger, are now supposed to ship sometime this quarter for the former next quarter for the latter. Related Links:
