Palm’s Treo smartphones have been extremely popular ever since the Treo 600 introduced the QWERTY candy bar format. The company switched them over to Windows Mobile some time ago with the launch of the Treo 700w. However, Wi-Fi has been a notable omission from all Treos so far.
Apparently, Palm has now addressed that in the upcoming (Windows Mobile-Powered) Treo 850. A Palm insider has provided TamsPPC with a
list of specs of the Windows Mobile 6.1-powered and - yes - a Wi-Fi radio inside. Additional features include GPS, a 320 x 320-pixel resolution touch screen, Bluetooth, microSD, 2 megapixel camera an more. See here for the full list.
