Of Course it won't get on the App Store What are you thinking? An emulator? Something that runs foreign, unchecked code on the iPhone? Of course, Apple will turn this down. If you want to run it, you will have to jailbreak the iPhone. Join every other emulator that wants to be on the iPhone. Will you make a ton of money doing this like the apps on the iPhone Store?
