Freeconference.com is a service that lets you schedule phone calls with groups of participants. It sends e-mail reminders to everyone that include dialing instructions and access codes. But if you're on the go and planning to conference-in from your cell or smart phone, they've got an even handier way to keep track of your numbers. Sign up for an instant text alert from freeconference.com and 15 minutes before show time you'll get a text reminder with both the dial-in number and your access code. If you're not a freeconference organizer but do participate in them, tell your organizer you want to opt into the text alerts. But then be sure to call-in on time-you'll have no excuse not to.
