Flutter from JuiceCaster is is a free service that lets iPhone users send picture messages to other cell phones. Essentially, JuiceCaster's brought one of the most sort after features - and glaring omissions - to Apple's smartphone, multi-media message (MMS). Not only that, users can choose to geo-tag their pictures with location data. Flutter transmits picture messages over Wi-Fi or via a user's carrier data plan. The application is available for free from the iTunes App Store.
