It is all but certain that Google will release its own smartphone, the Nexus One, next month. Rumor has it this 'gPhone' will find a home with T-Mobie USA for $200 with a two-year service agreement. It may also become available to AT&T subscribers as an unlocked handset as well. If that's the case, it most likely will cost considerably more for them. Reportedly, the Nexus One is a tablet-style Android OS 2.1 smartphone with a 3.7-inch AM-OLED touch that runs at WVGA resolution. It is built by HTC and also sports a 1GHz CPU, 5 megapixel camera, GPS and a microSD slot for memory expansion.
