Rumor: Palm Pre Coming Next Month?

Nearly a month ago Palm introduced the Pre and the platform that that smartphone runs on, the webOS., too much acclaim. A leaked internal document from Sprint, the exclusive carrier to offer the Pre, indicates it may not be long before the highly-anticipated handset makes it into people's hands.

The document in question shows that the Pre should arrive in Sprint's warehouses by the middle of March. This could also mean that Pre, which will replace a pair of Treos for the mobile operator, may hit store shelves on that date as well.

We'll report more as additional details on the Pre's availability emerge. Sprint and Palm have not announced how much Pre will cost either.
