If you're a smartphone user who likes to know that when you have a question your carrier will answer it, you might want to look at T-Mobile if that's not already who you use.
JD Power and Associates granted T-Mobile its highest ranking in the 2009 Wireless Customer Care Performance Study, the seventh time in the past eight such studies that T-Mobile has earned those praises. T-Mobile earned the highest marks of all carriers in the survey, followed by Verizon Wireless and then Alltel.
The survey gathered data from users of the company's telephone support, retail locations, and website during the second half of 2008.
