DataViz's RoadSync client for the Google's Android platform allows 'gPhones' like T-Mobile's G1 and Vodafone's HTC Magic to support direct push synchronization in an Exchange Server (2003 or 2007) environment. The most recent beta edition of the ActiveSync client, introduced yesterday, adds support for the two-way syncing of contact and calendar data between a smartphone and an Exchange Server. This is an improvement upon the last betas ability to only view Exchange information on your Android phone. Users can now also schedule inbox synchronizations. A program like RoadSync is important because Android, unlike many other smartphone operating systems, does not support Exchange syncing natively, essential for many enterprise environments. Your 'gPhone' must run on Anroid 1.5 to handle the latest RoadSync beta. See here for a comprehensive list of features.
