S4BB's just released beta 1 of DataBackup, an application for backing up personal data—such as contacts from the Address Book—to a BlackBerry's SD (microSD) card and as well as restoring the information back to the device's internal database. The developer emphasizes this is a very early beta, as a result "Data integrity can NOT be guaranteed!." See here to learn more and find out how to take part in the DataBackup beta program.
