Internet radio leader Slacker is giving away free BlackBerry Curve smartphones to listeners in celebration of the success of its Slacker Radio mobile application, which is also popular among iPhone users. All major carriers are available (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile) and every offer features a Blackberry Curve smartphone.

The offers aren't all identical, but they all the ability to get a free BlackBerry smartphone with either a new contract, or an extension (depending on your carrier and where you are in your current contract) for free. See here to learn more about offer.

To receive a BlackBerry Curve, you will be required to enter into a new 2-year agreement of at least $39.99 per month and pay up to a $36 activation fee per line.

Update: Just heard about from Slacker regarding how long the promotion will last. Turns out they are not kidding about this deal. Slacker will be giving away BlackBerry Curve's through January.
