Has anyone else noticed more John Wayne movies playing on television than usual? This past weekend I was bored and flipping through the channels and every other station seemed to be playing something with The Duke. Presumably, TV station programmers are doing all they can to cash in on the wave of patriotism. Nothing like a John Wayne movie stirs up those patriotic feelings inside me, making me want to go kill some Japs, Germans, Arabs, Russians, Vietnamese, Koreans, Iranians, Bosnians, Iraqis, Injuns, Commies......whoever the American government has listed as its current enemy. I don't ask questions; I pledge allegiance and kill.
