Maybe they are cahoots together? The unemployed who cheat the system might do all the menial work, like organize the gatherings or something. I have also heard rumors that they make their children drink camel milk with their cherios. I don't know if they have the manpower to uncover the entire scheme. This whole war on terrorism is huge, bigger than anyone thought.
Let's send the national guard in to protect all the zoos before we loose all our camels..
