Message:

Do PDAs represent a meaningful improvement over paper day planners (like the Franklin Day Timer)if one' primary needs are to track appointments, a few phone numbers, and maintain "to do" lists?

I'm trying to assess whether the purchase of PDA might represent a worthwhile investment or, if instead, it would simply be an extravagance.
