I have a StreetFinder GPS for my Palm Vx that works reasonable well. The StreetFinder comes with a car mounting bracket with suction cups that enable non-permanent mounting or an option to secure the mount permanently. As long as the antenna has unobstructed reception through the windshield the system will provide accurate position reporting. The software that comes with the GPS facilitates customizing maps and loading them via normal HotSync into the Palm Vx. The StreetFinder retails for around $125.00-145.00 with occasional rebate incentives available.
