first package, fully developed and marketed is CHITRAGUPTA. Chitragupta is
an accounting package in Marathi, exclusively made to suit the Indian environment.
It is , we believe, the first of its kind, which takes into consideration,
the views and habits of Indian, account writers and the local practices.
With the support of experienced programmers, the group has taken up
development in the field of Decision Support System. There is lot of scope
for programming in this field in India. Utilisation of this concept, in
India, will go a long way to automise costing methods and management of
Industry in India.
The first such packge, almost to be marketed, is YAKSHARAJ. This is a
package useful to any textile weaving unit in India or abroad.It provides
facility to assess the exact cost per piece of any woven product of any
organisation, for a given setup of parameters. It also can project exact
picture of the costing as well as the staff, manpower, finance and power
connection requirements, given the proper feedback. It can calculate the
optimum parameters for minimum cost per piece of any particular
design.Thus, the program helps in arriving at the proper managarial
decisions. It is a truly, decision support system.
Infrastructure for doing top grade development work, is in progress. There is a web site of Intellisoft and its own internet connection. Fresh staffand developers are being trained for this work and within a year, full
