Message:Hello. I need someone who can re-create a medical billing software program based on two examples which I already have . The program is a standard government 'hcfa' form into which patient information and treatment information is entered and submitted electronically to insurance companies. I need someone who can take the 'inner workings' of these two programs I have and give them a new look and feel so I can sell it as my own package.
