Hi everyone.

Can anybody help a newbie like me please? I have been trying so hard to download free applications to my SONY CLIE 710 without success. Can anybody help me out and teach step by step? What's the the necessary application that I need to have in my PC in order to support the downloading process and the steps to download the software into the PDA. The instructional manual given by SONY somehow is too skimpy and it suits more for the season pro and not a lost newbie like me. Please help...
