I recommend any of the new pocket pc 2002 devices the differences are very minor all have excellent screens and loads of built in software etc. vs any other type.You should compare and read the differences between the old pocket pc and the pocket pc 2002 to get your own view. The old pocket pc's are being heavily discounted as the new OS is availble. Only the compaq Ipaq for the old pocket pc's are upgradable and even then you may have to wait a bit as the first upgrade softwares were missing something. If you decide the new os is no big deal and choose to get the old ones for price then get the Ipaq.
I still think the new pocket pc's are the best and should be availble on line for the price your looking for.
