I great deal is the Compaq laptops are comming bundled with a Compaq Ipaq pocket pc 2002. For someone whom wants a palm size device the pocket pc 2002 are the best and the combo from Compaq is a good price.

If your needs are very basic business, word, excel, outlook, and internet etc. you may also want to look into devices like the HP Jornada 728. I have used it to replace my toshiba and palm in one pocket size keyboard device.
