Message:

I am a newbie to the Palm's world, so I am not sure if what has happened to me is common or not.

Everyone is sick of the text-only control of Palm OS's standard launcher (it feels like the old MS-D0S shield). So I decided to install GoBar and give it a try.

Well, it looks okay. However, problems come shortly afterward. After i've installed Jfiles and other software, the delete function began to malfunction. I tried to drag one of the data files into the trash bin, immediately it gave me the fatal memory error message. Well, then I did the soft reset... and the error was still there. I couldn't delete anything at that time, and whenever I tapped on home, the message showed up... System reset, didn't work.... and then finally I needed to hard reset it twice to get it back to normal (of course, after I've got ride of GoBar).

Is GoBar really that unreliable? or I just happen to be the unlucky one who runs into rare software conflicts.

I am thinking of installing Silverscreen, but I hesitate after that.... Do you guys have any good and RELIBALE launcher to recommend?

Thank you very much.

Booty
