Because it will run dos no modern palmtops will do that so you have lots more software to consider, it comes with the following Conectivity pack (palmtop link to pc through serial port) Quick start guide booklet Connectivity pack booklet all software needed on floppy disks This HP 95 palmtop computer includes these programs: Filer Data Communications Appointment Book Phone Book Memo Editor Lotus 1-2-3 Financial Calculator, and Dos. This item was used for a year or so and has been in a drawer for a few more years. It is a genuine pocket computer with 512K on board memory. It may not seem much, but you'll be surprised how much data this unit will store. It has an address book, scheduler, telephone dialer, scientific calculator, world clock and Lotus 123 software. The unit operates using a cut-down version of Dos and therefore it can be connected to your PC using the supplied HP connectivity kit c/w software and cables. the unit can be used on your desk to transfer files to and from your PC. The unit, although in good condition suffers from the much publicised HP problem which manifests itself in the battery life indicators. It tells you that the batteries are flat even when they are not. I understand there is a fix, but i bought a laptop instead. Included is the HP supplied disk which is a software fix for the problem. I genuinly cannot remember whether it worked or not. The quick start guide and conectivity guide are supplied. This unit is worth buying, even though it is a few years old.
