Message: I am looking for an IDE for developing applications on a VTech-Helios PDA which supports drag and drop type interface so that one can easily select an object like a popup list and drop it to a form as in VB etc.Can anyone help me out with this...
Also suggest any other editor as I am aware of only ultraEdit.
