You need to transfer the data to Palm desktop V2 or V3 (I dont think the program accepts v4). Then use Helio Companionlink software to synch it - available on www.vtechinfo.com if it didn't come with your Helio. Worked fine for me, nearly 1000 addresses, full diary, etc, BUT didn't do expenses.
