Synch hang-up in Phone book

But it doesn't tell me where! If I click on OK, the announcement goes away and it *looks* like it's continuing to synch, but it doesn't. I end up having to quit the process. Is "field" like "email address" or "Co. phone number" in Helio? (Like it is termed in usual databases) My Helio memory is 92% free. I don't understand why it's doing this. Is this message offensive or in violation of this board's policies? If so report it by clicking here.
