Posted By: sheyloraine (Registered) E-mail: See Profile Date: 03/25/2002 at 15:23:45 Message: Hello, I bought a helio recently and so far I love what it does, the problem is, it won't sync with my computer! I have gone to the vtech site so many times and tried two different computers and still no luck. I think it's the cradle but not sure and I don't know if I need to use outlook or those programs that the companion setup asks for if so, how do I get them? I would like to know what to do next, I hate to take the think back. Thanks! Is this message offensive or in violation of this board's policies? If so report it by clicking here.
