Yes, you have to run the install from the CD, and make sure the Helio Desktop installs on your PC. Then you have to make sure the com ports on yuor machine are not being used by modems, mice, or other devices. Then you havce to run the Companion Sync software and get it set up correctly. THEN you push the button! :-)
