Message:have problems trying to sync outlook xp with my helio - can get it working after applying the fix utility but it lost some appointments (seems like all the reocuring events) so it's not much good.... thought maybe it's the changes made to office xp from 2000 (comanion link 1.2d list only outlook 97 and 2000 as supported and 1.3 which does dont seem to be available fot the helio) - any ideas??? - wouldn't mind syncing it through access but the helio desktop software uses access 97 format by the look of it and even if i installed access 97 not sure that if by opening the current.mdb with access and resaving it the helio can still read it....
plz help if you can even if a third peace of software is needed or another round the back trick...
