I do fine with my Palm IIIx, but one thing I really wish I could do is add connectivity to the LAN via 802.11 and remote terminal/shell support so I can do quick admin stuff via my Palm without having to find a desk. We have full coverage of our office via a couple of AirPorts (thank you Apple), and more than once I've wished I could be looking over the shoulder of someone having trouble while at the same time be logged in to the server checking things out. Things like hotsyncing would also be much faster at 11Mbps than the cradle on the serial port at 115kbps.A full X-windows server would be awesome - and would cover the above, since I could run an xterm over the LAN - but I'm sure it would take more resources than I'd want to allocate (or pay for) on the Palm. Wireless ethernet and a simple telnet-type (or better yet, ssh) app with vt100 terminal emulation would cover most of what I'd need to do, and if I need more than that, well, there's already a vnc client for the Palm. :)
