Message:It'll sync with Excel, Word and Outlook, but Pocket Streets and other PocketPC software is written for PocketPC's. The SL-5500 is technologically superior to them (well, maybe not to the summer's crop of XScale), but it uses Linux. I, personally, love Linux. It is much more stable. This version also has Java built in, and should have a lot more software available soon. Let's just hope that it will not go the way of the VR3 (may it RIP). Onto Streets- there will most likely be map software sometime. As for books, again, wait and see. GPS seems likely, and I hear that there are already plans for WiFi (802.11b), and Bluetooth for the CFII slot. That is touted as one of its "coming soon" features right in the literature. There is already an 802.11b CFII+ card available, so it is only a matter of a driver. That should answer all of your questions. Roguelazer
