Message:I'm not familiar with the device, but since no one else has responded may I suggest that most Sharp devices have a Hard Reset button somewhere. On my Zaurus ZR-5800, it is by the backup battery cover.
Without that, try taking all batteries and backup batteries out of the device, and let it sit idle for a day or two. Any memory should automatically be wiped out, and the device will believe it is new.
Replace the batteries and perform any kind of reboot it has (or just turn it on).
