if there is anyone out there who can help me, please respond!!!!! i can't get my sharp tm 20 to turn on. the keys are completely inactive. i tired replacing the batteries and resetting the product, but it still won't trun on. if anyone knows how to fix this, please e-mail me at sanclementechick@ocnow.com. thanks!
