Message:I have a few problems with my pocketmail and pocketmail device:
1) When I dial the 1-800 # there is no ringing sound, I just have to wait about 5 seconds and the voice begins to press the button.
2) In my address book, about half way through my list is cut off and there is a line of ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ going across. I can't delete that or access my address book below that line. When I try to do something with that weird ~~~~~~ it freezes and I have to "reset" my device (I use a JVC). Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do or what is wrong?
