My friend bought a PocketMail. When she sends me an email, it gets to me right away.
When I send her one, it takes between 2-4 DAYS for her to get it.
She has written several times to the company and has received NO answer.
What should she do?? This isn't normal is it??
I went to PocketMail site to write to them but am stuck on a page with telephone#'s on it.
